Please join friends and family Saturday, December 27, at Doheny Beach for a traditional paddle out celebrating the life of Tyler Carlston.
The tentative schedule is: meet at the beach papala or main fale (or big surf shack by the snack bar) for a short memorial at 10:30 AM, paddle out at 11:15 AM to spread ashes, then tributes and pot-luck to follow.
Anyone interested in paddling out please bring your own board. Be aware the entrance fee to Doheny State Park is FREE (normally $10). Please inform the rangers at the entrance booth that you are with the paddle out group.
Please bring your favorite dish, appetizer or dessert to share, along with your fond memories of Tyler. Also bring warm clothes and beach chairs. We would love to spend some time at the beach with all of you. Poor weather conditions will lead us to the enjoy the potluck at the LDS church 2 miles away.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in honor of Tyler's two daughter's Harper and Sienna Carlston be made to the: "Tyler Carlston Benefit Memorial Fund." (Located at any Wells Fargo. The account number for the fund is 7217428411.)
